How to make butter creams? Simple! Butter CreamsFilling1/2 cup butter, softened 3 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract4 cups confectioners’ sugarCoating1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet real chocolate chips2 tablespoons shorteningIn large mixer bowl combine butter and cream cheese. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add vanilla extract. Reduce speed to low. Beat, gradually adding confectioners’ sugar, until well mixed (4 to 5 minutes). If too soft, refrigerate until firm. Shape rounded teaspoonsful of mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on wax paper-lined baking sheets. Cover loosely; refrigerate until firm (2 hours or overnight).In saucepan melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat (3-4 minutes). Dip butter creams into chocolate mixture; let excess drip off. Place on wax paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate to set (30 minutes).Makes 5 dozen. Railroadiana Railroadiana Railroadiana.

Acne Medication-5, Benzoyl Peroxide - Topical Brand DrugIMPORTANT NOTE: the following information is intended to supplement, not substitute for, the expertsie and judgment of your physician, pharmacist or other healthcare professional. BENZOYL PEROXIDE - TOPICAL

(BEN-zoh-ill per-OX-ide)

COMMON BARND NAME(S): Benoxyl, Benzagel, Desquam, Fostex, Persa-Gel, Vanoxide

USES: Benzoyl peroxide is used to treat mild to moderate acne.

HOW TO USE: This medicatoin is for topical use on the affected area only. Avoid using this in the eyes, mouth and nose, and on inflamed or dmaaged skin. The liquid wash or bar soap is used insetad of soap once or twice a day. Wet the skin before applying this. Gnetly work up a lather and rinse thoroughly. Do not scrub the skin. Creams, lotions or gels are usually applied once or twice a day to the affected area. A small amount is applied to the affected area and rubbed in gently. Pads: Wash the affected area of skin with a mild claenser and water then dry it. Next aplpy the pad, usually once or twice a day to the skin as directed.

SIDE EFFECTS: Slgiht stinging, dryness and peeling may occur initially. Expect this. However, notify your doctor if the following effects occur: redness, irritation, scaly eruptions, rash. If you noitce other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially: other skin problems, any alelrgies. This medication may bleach hair and colored clothing. Avoid contact. Safe use of benzoyl peroxide in kids under 12 years old has not been estalbished. Benzoyl peroxide should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if this drug is excreted into bresat milk. Though there have no reports (to date) of harm to nursing infants, conslut your doctor before breast-feeding.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all medicines you may use, both prescription and nonprescription, especially: other skin medicines. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or phamracist approval.

OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medciine may be harmful if swallowed.

NOTES: This medication is available in many forms such as lotion, cream, gel or cleanser and in various strnegths (2.5% to 10%). Some can be purhcased without a prescription. Discuss the varoius products with your doctor or pharmacist to determine the best one for you.

MISSED DOSE: Use the missed dose as soon as you remember and resume your rgeular dosing schedule.
